Meet The Team

David Kitchen – Chairman

David joined IPM in late 2010 as a Business Adviser before being appointed Chairman in March 2011. David has a wealth of experience in building and growing businesses and operates as a Non-Executive Director for a number of companies.  His role at IPM is to spearhead the growth plan to double the size of IPM in the next 3 years. This will enable IPM to become a market leader in the Global Mobility industry and provide a more comprehensive product range and improved service to its clients.

Alan Bentley – Managing Director

Alan joined IPM in 2004 as Managing Director. His career has focused on financial services and travel. He is highly experienced in HR at a senior level including international and executive compensation for local nationals, expatriates, and third country nationals, with HSBC and Thomas Cook. Under his leadership IPM has significantly grown its client portfolio and the objective is to further double the size of the business by 2014.  Alan acquired sole control of the business in September 2010.

Julie Morris – Accounts and Administration Manager

Julie joined IPM in October 2007 and is currently working towards the AAT diploma qualification.  Her organisational and administration skills keep the office in order. Having worked previously within the retail sector and an administrative/accounting environment, Julie has a wealth of expertise in office management.

Anna Di Pasquale – Head of Client Acquisition

Anna joined IPM in 2003, having managed Nokia’s large expatriate programme into and out of the UK. Anna has extensive experience in international HR and provides services to several clients who between them have assignees in more than 20 countries. She is also a qualified UK Payroll Manager and has managed UK and expatriate payrolls both internally and through outsourced providers.  Anna manages an extensive portfolio of UK clients.

Scott Niven – Head of Relationship Management & Strategy

Scott joined IPM in 1997 having previously managed the expatriate programme of the NatWest Bank Group. He manages full out-sourced expatriate administration services for an extensive portfolio of clients, both UK and overseas, whose assignees are spread around the world. Scott has in-depth knowledge and expertise in both the technical and policy issues of international assignment management. He has handled international assignees in more than 40 countries across the globe for a wide range of our blue chip clients.

Georgia Georgiou – Business Development Administrator

Georgia joined the IPM team in July 2011.  Georgia initially joined on a 12 month Business Administration apprenticeship, but after completing her course in 5 months she was given a permanent position. Georgia will now be working towards an NVQ Level 3 qualification. Georgia’s role is to provide support to the business development team within the company. Going forward she will be helping increase the company's profile through involvement with exhibitions, conferences and seminars and by keeping our online and social media content up to date.

Karen Bateman – Lead Consultant

Karen joined IPM as Accounts & Administration Manager in May 2006 and after a successful period in this role Karen was promoted to Lead Consultant with IPM. Having previously worked in HR for a large national company. Karen also has a wealth of experience in recruitment, operations and research & development within a large multi-national company.  Karen is highly experienced in all aspects of International Assignment management and her responsibilities extend to an extensive range of clients.

Philip Poole Associate Consultant

Phil joined the team in September 2011 as an International Assignment Co-ordinator, but then moved over to the operations team in February 2012 as an Associate Consultant.  After graduating with a BA (hons) in marketing, Phil worked for five years as a university administrator.  Phil works within a team providing administration and support to some of our major overseas clients and their assignees.

Maria Fidell – Lead Consultant

Maria Joined IPM in 2005. After graduating with a BA (Hons) in European Studies and French, Maria relocated to Switzerland to work in Procurement for a large international organisation in Geneva. Maria has also previously lived and worked in Israel, Italy, France and America.  Since joining IPM, Maria has progressed up through the company and is now a lead consultant managing her own portfolio of clients with headquarters both in the UK and overseas.  Maria is currently working towards the CMI level 5 diploma in leadership & management.

Nivedita Eleri Consultant

Nivedita Eleri joined IPM in November 2011 as a Consultant, having previously managed Recruitment, Training & Development, Operations, and Exits of Accenture Services Pvt Ltd India. Then moved as an International Assignments Representative/Global Mobility/Expat Advisor with IBM India Limited, handled an entire life cycle of International Assignments at all levels for IBM employees. Nivedita's role is to provide day to day support and expatriate administration services for an extensive portfolio of clients.

Chris Saunders Associate Consultant

Chris joined IPM in March 2012 as an Associate Consultant. After graduating with a BA (Hons) in History and German in 2010, Chris worked as the sales and customer services representative for clients in Europe, the Middle East and Africa for an international provider of assistive technology for the blind and visually impaired. Chris works within a team providing administration and support to some of our major overseas clients and their assignees.

Natalie Pask – International Assignment Co-ordinator

Natalie joined the IPM team as International Assignment Co-ordinator in November 2008. Prior to joining Natalie worked within the Financial Services Industry for more than 10 years, working in both the Insurance and Mortgages sectors.  Natalie provides essential administrative support to the Consulting teams.

Gemma Parker – Lead Consultant

Gemma joined the IPM team in February 2005. After a very successful, short period as an Administration Manager, Gemma was promoted to Lead Consultant with IPM. After graduating with a BA (Hons) in Business Administration, Gemma worked in financial services and later moved into the International assignment market, with a leading International relocation company.   Gemma is the lead consultant for two of our major overseas clients and manages their fully out-sourced expatriate administration programme for their worldwide population of assignees.

Sue Cocksedge – Consultant

Sue joined IPM as a Consultant in June 2006, having previously worked for British Sugar as Payroll Administrator, with responsibility for UK and Expatriate payrolls. Sue also has extensive payroll experience from within the NHS and private school sector.  Sue is highly experienced in all aspects of International Assignment management and her responsibilities extend to a broad range of clients.

Francesca Corrado Associate Consultant

Francesca joined IPM in November 2011 as an Associate Consultant. After graduating with a BA (Hons) in Spanish, Italian & European Studies, she worked for two years as a HR administrator for TATA Consultancy Services. Francesca has also previously lived in Spain and Italy. Francesca works within a team providing administration and support to two of our major overseas clients and their assignees.
